Stock classification

Good stock
Sold at least once anywhere in the business within the last 90 days.
Slow moving
Last sale was between 90 and 180 days ago. Action recommended.
Dead stock
No sale recorded anywhere in the last 180 days, or no sales history at all.

Key figures

Stock value
Calculated at cost price. Represents the capital invested in inventory.
Days since sale
Number of days since the SKU last appeared in any sales receipt across all locations.

Transfer opportunities

A transfer is suggested when the item is actively selling, one location has 2+ units surplus, and the destination has proven sales history for that item but currently has zero stock.

Cycle counts

Daily stock verification counts generated each night at 23:00. T21, Warehouse and Khao San count every day. All other stores count on Saturdays and Sundays only. Items are selected using a weighted system: 50% recently sold, 30% medium velocity, 20% random.

Data source

All data is pulled from Loyverse via API and stored locally. Inventory and product data refreshes every 15 minutes. Sales data refreshes every hour. The dashboard covers all 7 ako & sila locations.
